Payment Options- An unlimited number of payment options are supported in BOS, and can be restricted to user groups or areas of operation as needed. For example the invoice or credit arrangement payment option can be restricted to call center or group sale staff if required.Dynamic Pricing and Discounts - BOS allows you to create an unlimited number of price lists, price tables and client categories that impact pricing and discounts.Gift Cards – The BOS system can issue a “Gift Card” with any value loaded on the card.  The card can then be used for payment within the system.  The card’s balance can be checked at any time, and value can be added or refunded as needed.

The BOS system offers a comprehensive array of online financial reporting and cash management tools.Chart of Accounts- BOS allows you to create a useful Chart of Accounts for real-time tracking of collected and deferred revenues.  You can also set up an unlimited number of cost centers and BOS will automatically allocate revenue from sales to the cost centers as sales occur.  View real-time reports and set up data integration with your accounting system.Cash Control- Pre-defined cash funds can be automatically assigned to cashiers as they sign in, and each cashier can be restricted to the payment types and amounts allowed.  Cashier’s funds can be viewed online, in real-time, by a supervisor at any time during the day.  Electronic cash lifts or cash buys can be processed online when needed, and a complete transaction journal can be printed anytime for audit purposes.  A General Activity report that lists all payment types and amounts taken and all tickets sold is, along with reports on sales and collected revenue can be accessed at any time by authorized users.
